Our detailed Quality Control Plan clearly describes the organizational structure, delegation of responsibilities, and the procedures to be followed in order to achieve the company’s objectives.

In other words, Project Directors and Project Engineers are required to establish and maintain standing instructions and procedures to ensure that all work for which they are responsible meets the required standards.

In order to deliver the high quality of work expected for the successful execution of this project, the Managing Partner shall lead the team as the Owner’s Engineer. This ensures that the work specifications within the Detailed Civil/Structural Design are strictly adhered to during both the design review and construction phases.
